INJECTION MOLDING

Plastek utilizes the latest in hot runner technology to reduce cycle time and eliminate material waste

All Plastek molding equipment is cooled by a sophisticated chilled water system.

Blow Molding

The company has extensive experience in blow molding small medical and single-serve vials, bottles and containers used for a variety of health care, pharmaceutical products and different types of container for Cosmetics.

Blow molding presses range from 15 to 85 tons.

Stretch Molding

Plastek’s experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) produces quality Containers in various materials. We combine this with your detailed decorating for a one of a kind product.

White Room

Our White Room facility provides an environmentally controlled production area for molding, assembly, and labeling of product for various applications, such as pharmaceuticals and primary packaging for foods. Controls include: a HEPA filtration system, positive air pressure, material handling controls, and stringent gowning and cleaning requirements.

There is also a well-equipped metrology lab on site to provide dimensional analysis and functional testing. The quality system is certified to both the
ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 standards.
